No Messing is a Surrey based cleaning company which was established in 1999 as a domestic cleaning company.
No Messing specialises in introducing quality domestic cleaners to our clients. Having spent a great deal of time actually carrying out domestic cleaning ourselves, we feel that we have a greater insight into the kind of service that people expect from their cleaner. We realise that different people will have different needs and requests and consequently we want to make sure that we find the right cleaner for each individual client. We have recently taken on a few commercial clients and are slowly expanding this area of the business with great success. However we believe the key for a successful working relationship with our clients is to keep things simple, and not to bite off more than we can chew and to maintain a personal service, so communication is really important to us too.
No Messing personally interviews each potential cleaner to make sure that they are genuine. We also ask for at least two written references, which have to be verified before the applicant can move onto the next stage of the selection process. We ask for proof of identification such as driver’s licence or passport and we also ask for proof of address such as a gas bill. Finally each applicant must complete a written and practical test. However, at the end of the day it all comes down to personal choice. We can do all the groundwork and research but you have to feel comfortable with the person that you take on as a cleaner. This is why it is essential that you make the final decision. Once our applicants have been through our selection process we will introduce them to you. You are free to interview as many people as you like until you find the one that is most suitable and who will become your regular cleaner.
Our fee is tailored to suit your needs. This fee will cover the selection, testing and training of your cleaner as well as cleaning cover in the event of absence. This means that if your cleaner leaves, or you are not happy with the standard of cleaning we will find a replacement free of charge. Additionally, if your regular cleaner is sick, or on holiday, we will endeavour to provide a replacement as soon as possible. It will also cover the ongoing management of your cleaner during your term of contract with No Messing so it is important that you keep us informed of any issues, concerns or questions you may have regarding your cleaning. Of course you also have the peace of mind of Public and Employers insurance cover whilst your cleaner is in your home.
